Why Do I Think These People Are Involved?

When so many ugly things happen, certain names come up repeatedly over a period of 50 years, and most connect back to the Reitmans and or Starnes, chances are it isn’t a coincidence.
If I knew these people, then having them appear constantly throughout my life wouldn’t be unusual.
I don’t know them and don’t run in their circles. Their constant presence is an anomaly.

Connections: Putting The Puzzle Pieces Together
1969. Toronto. Met Terri Rohde and George Bedard at Rochdale College in Toronto. George, an ex-SIGINT specialist and Rochdale social activist, appeared to be nice but Terri, his girlfriend at the time, presented as a racist
1972. Ottawa. George Bedard insisted I film the person I now know as John Kennett Starnes at a protest. Starnes didn’t see me film him but somehow appeared to know that I had. It was the end of the tape so his image didn’t record. He was close enough to me that he heard me tell George that but threatened me anyway. Since then, a death threat per decade by various people, has been par for the course.
2000. Toronto. Terri Rohde was VP of Technology at MIJO Corporation, owned by Joel Reitman and his wife Jill’s brother when I started working there.
1970. Vancouver. Attempt to recruit me by the Shyam Space sex abuse and pedophile cult. Funded and promoted by Ellen Reitman, Cyril and Dorothy Reitman’s niece
1973. Toronto. Frame-up and arrest at the Cops Are Tops Rally funded and promoted by Canadian Council of Christians and Jews. Dorothy Reitman and her pal, Lorna Marsden were on the Committee. The man who framed me and set me up to be arrested was:
1973. Toronto. Attempted murder by a new recruit to the Toronto Student Movement, Jules Grajower who was recruited by Mitch Bornstein. Grajower was a diagnosed schizophrenic.
1973. Toronto. Drugging, sexual assault and rape was set up by Kevin Desousa, a fellow Seneca College student under the direction of Alvin Curling, Director of Student Affairs at Seneca College at the time. It occurred at the home of Allan Salomon, brother of Dorothy Reitman. Curling later became an Ontario provincial Liberal MPP.
1973. Toronto. My Psychology professor at Seneca College asked me to sign a form authorizing my participation in an experiment. The form was vaguely written and had no end date. I objected and stated that I wasn’t interested in participating. I was told it was a course requirement and if I didn’t sign it, I’d have to leave the course. Since Psychology was a required course to graduate from my program, I had to either sign or quit the program. So, I was coerced into signing. I heard him muttering under his breath that “cops think they’re above the law” after I left his desk to go to mine. He didn’t look happy about what he’d done.
1992. Ottawa. Hired by Telecom Lobby firm, Stentor, via SPS. They spent all their time gaslighting me and not giving me what I needed to do my job. SPS=Sharon Personnel Services – they’ve changed their name many times since. Bell was Stentor’s main client at that time. One day I discovered a clear gel like substance at the bottom of my coffee cup. I had left the coffee on my desk for a few minutes while I went to talk to the woman who was supposed to supply me with the software I needed and didn’t. I started feeling sick when I went to lunch and went home. On Monday I quit the job and went on social services support. I was told to take six months bedrest by my Doctor. When I went to pick up my second and last paycheck, I saw Starnes leaving the building where SPS was located. I suspected that coffee and food tampering had occurred previously more than a few times, and had become sick with an undiagnosable illness at those times as well. I had raised my concerns with others, but didn’t see the proof until 1992
1980. Vancouver. Woman from Match International told me that Dorothy Reitman, who was involved with Match International, hated me. She asked me what I thought of Match International and I replied that it seemed like a good idea. She was perplexed and so was I when she told me that Reitman hated me. I responded explaining that I didn’t know any Dorothy Reitman and had no idea why she would hate me.
1980s and on (Vancouver, Ottawa, Toronto, New York) repeatedly stalked by men wearing fedoras and trench coats. Seemed like they were playing a keystone kops version of spies. Mostly it was Starnes and while I recognized him I hadn’t identified who he was at the time.
2001 and on. Toronto. Starnes and the Reitmans appeared to have full access to my apartment. The Superintendent was the only one who had access with my special security keys. Several times I found his wig hairs on my computer desk and under my laptop. I don’t have a wig. His dark wig was part of a lame disguise he used which fooled no-one but himself.
2000-2006. Toronto. The only job I could get after my second stint in College was with MIJO Corporation owned by Joel Reitman and his wife Jill’s brother. Cyril and Dorothy Reitman were Joel Reitman’s parents and my boss, Douglas Salomon was Dorothy Reitman’s nephew and son of Dorothy Reitman’s brother Allan Salomon. I was underpaid based on my qualifications and those of my co-workers and subjected to constant abuse, harassment & smears. I applied for other jobs while working at MIJO but couldn’t get hired, most likely because Starnes or his cohorts like Leo Knight of Paladin Security were stalking me. Knight was easy to spot with his cowboy hat and boots and Gold Mustang. MIJO “laid me off” in 2006. This was the first time I really clued in regarding the Reitmans involvement in this years long criminal harassment campaign and this is also when the ongoing hacking of my personal computers began.
David Boothby was the Toronto Police Chief until he retired in 2000 (1997 to 2000). He was also one of the arresting officers in 1973. Boothby retired and brought in Julian Julian Fantino to replace him.
2004. Toronto. I discovered that a woman was impersonating me in Vancouver. I found her on several Vancouver forums.
2006. Vancouver. When I went to Vancouver to look for a job, I got nowhere. Two interviews in six months. I had one interview which was clearly just a group of morons who were “interviewing” me because they thought it was amusing to gaslight me and the second didn’t come across as serious, just curious.
2006 and on. Toronto. When I left MIJO, I was asked to sign an NDA (nothing to do with my job). The NDA was basically saying I couldn’t sue them or their family and “friends” for any reason and was restricted about talking about the job other than with family and friends.
I wasn’t interested in filing a law suit. I just wanted to be left alone and hoped that signing the NDA would accomplish that.
Any sane person who knew they wouldn’t be sued would just move on. Or so I thought. I don’t think I was wrong. A sane person would move on.
Psychopaths and sociopaths aren’t sane.
Not only didn’t they move on but they intensified their harassment in the community, especially with business and medical services as well as interfered with my ability to get a new job, and inevitably broke the terms of their own NDA making it null and void.
The following pattern repeated itself over and over again until I went into early retirement when I turned 60 and was eligible:
I would receive an interview invitation from a legitimate company (NO Reitman connection
I would receive two interview invitations from companies with Reitman connections (from CJPAC or Mt Sinai Hospital Boards who also owned companies) or had a Board Member that was part of their circle, like Lorna Marsden, et al.
The first company wouldn’t hire me even though they showed interest.

I would be subjected to the same kind of constant abuse, harassment and smears that I experienced at MIJO. Some were worse quantitatively and qualitatively and others were not as bad.
2008. Toronto. I applied for a job with a US company which would allow me to work remotely. They were very interested in hiring me because the job was related to a Library software and I had both a Library and Software Development background and skills. They were required to do a Homeland Security check before making the hire official, which they and I expected to clear since there was no reason why I shouldn’t.
I’d been to the US several times and experienced no issues other than the last time I went. At that time, I was stalked by Starnes through my entire visit.
Presumably I didn’t clear the Homeland Security check because I never heard back from the company, and the company ignored my follow up emails to find out what was going on. I’m assuming Starnes and/or the Reitmans had some false information placed on file. The Reitmans had purchased a Condo in Florida in 2004 approximately and there was a meeting in that community in 2005 to introduce people to the Director of Homeland Security.
2008. Toronto. I was interviewed by a BVI company. They indicated that they wanted to hire me, arrangements were being made for me to go there, and then at the last minute they withdrew their offer. After I returned from the interview my passport was stolen out of my purse. I reported it to the police and applied for a new one. The new one was also stolen out of my apartment but returned with the previously stolen one, before I had the opportunity to report it to the police. I don’t know how long it was missing but by the time I noticed it was gone, it was returned the next day. There were various suspicious occurrences while I was in BVI as well. The company was called Commonwealth Trust and was the main target of the BVI Leaks which were handed over to ICIJ. ICIJ refused me access to the documentation and emails so that I could collect evidence for a law suit. The owner of Commonwealth Trust, at the time, was Tom Ward from Toronto. I suspect my passport was stolen because someone was impersonating me in BVI for several months.
2010?. The suspected Peel Regional Police connection became proven to me when I went to Tim Hortons to buy my morning coffee. A woman who worked for the Peel Regional Police in a clerical position and who I recognized followed me in, handed a one inch square white packet with black writing on it to the server and asked her to put it in my coffee. Apparently, she thought I was deaf and couldn’t hear her from two feet away. The server refused. The woman identified herself as being with the police and told the server it was okay. The server explained that they were under New Management and the Owner wanted to speak directly to the Police Chief before continuing this practice. I had noted other servers putting this packet of white powder in my coffee at other Tim Hortons despite regularly changing which one I went to, and had on occasion confronted the person but was met with denials. The servers actually looked quite frightened even though I was calm. When I switched to other places like McDonalds the same thing occurred after a few visits. In 2011, I was poisoned at a Tim Hortons.
I have never, to this day, found out what the Peel Regional Police Chief was telling people, how he justified approving these criminal assaults, and what the white powder was. The Chief was Metcalf at that time. He was the one that organized a coup against the previous Police Chief, Catney, after targeting him with a vicious smear and harassment campaign. This occurred within a few years after I moved to Brampton.
Summary
These are just a few highlights. There were regular, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, incidents which occurred on an ongoing basis for this entire period. The stalking was especially insidious because these THIRD PARTIES were able to convince people, including professionals, as well as institutions, organizations and corporations to illegally violate my privacy and share confidential information as well as criminally harass me in numerous ways.
My phone calls (through Bell and FIDO), mail, banking and financial information, deliveries through Purolater and other delivery services, phone calls, tax information, medical information, etc. were and continue to be redirected illegally to a THIRD PARTY, and have been for years. In many cases like delivery services, the deliveries are tampered with.
Ironically, as I write this article, Bell is installing their Bell 5G upgrade in my apartment (and the rest of the building). This was insisted on despite the fact that neither I nor most of the other tenants use Bell connections. The Landlord cheerfully (and cluelessly) told me that I didn’t have to use it but it was there if I wanted it. Given Bell’s history with illegal surveillance it’s not surprising to me that they would be the one’s spearheading 5G in Canada and laying the foundation for mass surveillance on a scale never before known in human history.
Note that neither the Reitmans nor Starnes are, or were, the police or intelligence. They are not nor were they ever, to my knowledge, acting in any official capacity on behalf of police or intelligence as far as I know. IF I’m wrong and they are or were, their campaign is STILL ILLEGAL because there’s no cause for it that could be justified in either the CSIS Mandate or law.
There is not now, nor has there ever been any LEGAL police or intelligence campaign targeting me because as CSIS admitted, I’m not a terrorist or criminal. Any campaigns that occurred were illegal even with a judicial warrant, and I don’t have any indication there were ever any judicial warrants authorizing this.
I believe corrupt individuals, some at high levels, in those police and intelligence circles are being bribed and/or extorted into engaging in this illegal activity by the Reitmans now and previously both the Reitmans and Starnes.
They’re connected to police and intelligence and aren’t above bribing with money and/or favors as well as extortion to get what they want from their connections.
So, everything they and their collaborators did and continue to do is illegal, and in many cases criminal.
They appear to believe they are above the law and are unconcerned about getting caught. They are trying to establish through repetition of smears that I’m a “liar” and “crazy” in order to discredit me and ensure that no-one believes me. They are quite confident that is all they need to do to protect themselves.
Please note, that I have been assessed by a qualified clinical psychologist and received a written letter stating that I’m NOT mentally ill. Nor do I have any reason to lie. I signed their NDA and was willing to let this all go and move on.
I think most normal, sane people would be hard-pressed NOT to describe this Starnes/Reitman multi-generational hate, criminal harassment & abuse campaign as completely deranged, given that they don’t know me and I have never done them any harm.
Meanwhile, hypocritically they justify their abuse against me by framing me and using those frame-ups to make a case that I am some sort of criminal or terrorist or other “evil”.
Ironically, these people who are themselves, provably, in some cases pedophiles, in other cases connected to pedophiles circles and who recruit pedophiles, smear me with the pedophile smear when I have been a public and known ANTI-Pedophile activist. Projection is a standard in these types of circles.
The most insidious aspect of all of this is that Joel Reitman appears to be systematizing these processes and turning them into a for profit Epstein-style business. Their new Florida condo was located near Epstein’s home. It would be surprising if they didn’t know each other.
One year after the Reitman’s purchased their Florida condo, the police suddenly began to take the complaints against Epstein seriously. Previous to then they had been ignored. Why the change in attitude? Another coincidence? Not likely. My hypothesis is that the Reitman’s wanted to take over Epstein’s organization but had to get him out of the way to accomplish that.
I wonder to this day, who is really financing this targeting campaign against me and why. I doubt either Starnes or the Reitman’s would use personal funds. It’s been and continues to be an extremely extensive and therefore expensive campaign.
During this entire period, they were also focused on interfering with my medical care in a major way.

Perhaps we should adopt a Canadian solution to this Canadian problem: the psychologist Jordan Peterson is fond of saying "if you don't understand the motivations, look at the outcome!"
In the case of PROFUNC, Operation Checkmate and all the other schemes mentioned here and mostly organised by John Kennet Starnes, the outcome was to focus the attention and the limited resources of Canada's national security apparatus on individuals and indeed whole families who posed no threat to the state whatsoever. However, if during the period in question officers and agents of the NKVD, KGB and GRU were NOT actively plotting to destabilise Canada and other leading NATO powers, then quite a few employees of those organisations must have been guilty of fraud and embezzlement on an heroic scale, because they had a budget of billions of roubles for doing exactly that!
There must have been, and probably still is, an active Russian programme to destabilise Canada, politically, socially, economically and militarily, because a budget for that existed and continues to exist. And the activities of Communist China's "United Front Work Group" around the world and most particularly in Canada, Australia and New Zealand are so brazen that it's difficult to describe them as covert.
During the whole of the period when taxpayer's money, officer's time and the attention of civil servants, senior RCMP officers and ministers was being diligently focused on non-threats, largely by Starnes and his close associates, REAL threats more deserving of all that money, time and leadership attention existed and were mostly ignored. The outcome of all these covert RCMP programmes and contingency plans was to keep Canada's defensive batteries firing in the wrong direction for at least two decades and possibly much longer. It's quite hard to see the motivations for THAT coming from anywhere other than Moscow, and as far as the Kremlin would have cared about the innocent socialists and activists who were persecuted in the process, the Kremlin's view would have been that they had, not so much a duty to act as decoys for the real spies and sabotage agents, but simply no right NOT to be used as decoys, even at the cost of their own lives.
Now then. If the motivation for Starnes and associates doing what they did comes from someone, or some corporate entity, other than themselves, why might they have devoted pretty well their whole adult lives to furthering a third party's agenda? Well, all of the "counter-subversion" operations were structured to generate as many opportunities and pretexts for stalking behaviour as possible.
Another psychologist once explained why people might take part in organised or group stalking activity with the simple words "they enjoy doing it." So, if any foreign power wanted to get Canada's great and good to stalk Canadian subjects, the relevant case officer would be under orders to make the stalking as enjoyable as possible -and to select and recruit those with a suitable predilection or two. Cruelty and sexual perversions often make natural partners, and stalking is very much about the delight of being cruel to someone who cannot even understand what is happening, let alone hit back in any way. Indeed, the harsh fact that some kinds of people ENJOY stalking probably explains why stalking is often the social control tool of choice for authoritarian regimes! The East German government had something like 15% of the civilian population stalking their neighbours. Imagine how long that would have lasted if they had needed to be paid more than pocket money!
Ms Hundal's suspicion that there's a strong sexual element in her selection as a victim for all this may be very well-founded indeed. The people who seem to be involved are rich and POWERFUL; they might not be easily bribed and any blackmail would need to be carefully presented as a honey-covered carrot and not a stick. Sex combined with cruelty might buy the cooperation of those who would otherwise be hard to corrupt and frankly dangerous to coerce.
And sexual perverts would make excellent recruits for a covert destabilisation programme in another way: the ones who are not in jail or secure hospitals are the ones who have learned to manipulate others whilst hiding their own natures and desires. Paedophiles and sadists come ready-trained in how to live behind a cover story, even a cover identity. And some of them are not afraid to lead campaigns against the sexual weaknesses of others: witches leading the witch hunts are not unknown in history, even recent history, see:
