Operation Checkmate and John Kennett Starnes
INTRODUCTION
In my life, all roads lead to Canada’s Epsteins: John Kennett Starnes, his fedora/trenchcoat goon squad and the Multi-Generational Reitman cult along with their private, shady, not so secret anymore, “bioweapons” program as well as Operation Checkmate.
I was an official state target twice, thanks to this cult, and not because of my actions: Operation Checkmate by the RCMP Security Service, 1972-1973 and the 2014-2016 “Disrupt and Destroy” campaign by CSIS: A campaign which involved the highest levels of CSIS and those with a close association with Starnes and Operation Checkmate. One in particular, Deputy-Director Jeff Yaworski is the son of Ron Yaworski, the RCMP SS agent who destroyed the original Operation Checkmate files.
This campaign began before Bill C-51 (the Anti-Terrorism bill) was even passed. C-51, which legalized “disrupt and destroy” campaigns, was introduced to Parliament in January, 2015 by Con MP Peter Van Loan, supported by Trudeau and the Libs and received Royal Assent (passed), June 18, 2015, the first anniversary of Cyril Reitman’s death.
There were no legitimate grounds in the CSIS mandate or law to justify either official targeting.
While I was an activist in 1972/73, I was a low-level activist on the fringes. My focus was getting through college. I wasn’t a leader or influencer or engaged in any activity that could be interpreted as “disruptive”. Starnes created the disruptions and did so after he had already targeted me. I suspect he used the frame-up at the protest against police brutality to justify it.
The reality was that I was on his radar long before Operation Checkmate when he tried to get me recruited into Ellen Reitman’s pedophile/sexual abuse cult when I was in high school.
To my knowledge, I’ve been investigated four times by CSIS, also based on entirely false allegations, and cleared every time.
Starnes couldn’t find any useful dirt to use as leverage against me because I’m neither a criminal nor evil. So he had to fabricate it.
He was only able to compromise me once by associating me with a crime, based on an innocent action of mine, signing an anti-nuclear war petition. This resulted in the actual criminals being able to use my personal information to impersonate me which led to yet another baseless CSIS “investigation”.
He tried many times more, and failed, so he resorted to hiring women to impersonate me IRL and on the phone. He and his Reitman cult relied on this strategy for years and continue to use it. With the advent of technology like websites which spoof phone numbers, email spoofing, audio technology, and deep fake videos, it’s become much easier and less expensive for them.
These frame-ups were used to incite hate and motivate the targets of these impersonations to collaborate with Starnes by making false allegations about me to police, RCMP, and CSIS. Bribes also helped.
The third time was in 1996, and the result of a report to CSIS making the false allegation that I was a “terrorist”. I wasn’t even an activist or involved in politics in any way from 1984 to 2011. Since the President of the US, Clinton, was visiting Ottawa, and his motorcade was going to be passing my workplace, someone contacted CSIS and asked why I wasn’t being told to stay home. Anyone who is considered a potential threat receives a CSIS notification to stay away when dignitaries visit particular venues. A CSIS agent appeared, spoke to my work colleagues and told them I wasn’t considered a terrorist or a threat of any kind. A co-worker later approached me and told me what CSIS said. I pointed out that CSIS said that because it’s true. This resulted in the end of a malicious workplace harassment campaign which had also been instigated by the “terrorist” lie.
Starnes and his cohorts had been stalking me and illegally invading my privacy constantly during this entire period so they knew I wasn’t politically active in any way yet they knowingly continued to spread these lies in order to incite hatred and harassment.
Did Operation Checkmate really end in 1973? Or did it continue from 1973 to date, focusing on specific individuals, as a rogue program led by retired psychopathic rogue agent: Puppet master, John Kennett Starnes, retired Director of the RCMP SS and his cohort, son of Sam, Cyril Reitman?
Did Operation Checkmate (1972-73) initially include bioweapons attacks or other health related attacks on activists? Is this why CSIS was permitted access to Canadians medical records when it was founded? Was Starnes permitted illegal access as an external 3rd-party due to his internal CSIS connections or because he was granted “honorary member” status in CSIS in 1987?
Has the Canadian government been funding the Starnes/Reitman private bioweapons “research” directly or indirectly since 1970 or later? If so, are they aware of what they’re funding? If not, who was or is?
The first medical attack on me that I’m sure of was in 1977. An earlier medical issue which occurred in 1971 may also have been a medical attack.

The only other person I’m aware of that received extreme treatment was CPC(M-L) member, Bill Shpikula who, when he was in prison, was subjected to electric shock “treatments” with the collusion of prison authorities, then incarcerated against his will at Riverview Psychiatric Hospital, in 1970. As far as I know this didn’t include an extreme life-long harassment campaign.

In the early 1980s, a group of CPC(M-L) members got sick with various illnesses including cancer. Some, like my uncle, died. Those that survived had long lasting health issues but were also not subjected to this type of extreme life-long harassment campaign as far as I know.
Is this why Operation Checkmate remains classified despite the destruction of most of the original files?

I also got sick at this time and outed this as intentional but my concerns were dismissed. I was proven to be right in the 1990s.
During the periods when Starnes couldn’t manipulate CSIS into harassing me with “investigations” based on his frame-ups, he, Reitman and their cohorts took over the harassment after hijacking the local police or RCMP unit in charge of whatever region I was living in. They did this by getting someone they could control into a senior position. Usually, the Police Chief or the senior RCMP officer in the unit. This gave them complete control and protection from criminal charges for their crimes.
THE REITMANS TODAY
Joel Reitman joined Starnes in the harassment/hate campaign after his father developed Alzheimers. After both his father and Starnes died in 2014, he took over completely.
In collusion with ex?-CPC(M-L) member, Manny Gitterman, Reitman appears to be desperate to erase/rewrite the history of his connection to Manny and the “Collaboratory” he created, which Manny managed. Manny is my cousin, Indira Nunner’s partner, ex?-Central Committee member of CPC(M-L).
The “Collaboratory” was founded and funded by Joel Reitman along with other members of the Canadian Israeli Lobby. Manny Gitterman was the Manager from the beginning, 2014. The corporation was dissolved in March, 2017 but the work continued at Bridgepoint where Reitman is still a member of the Board of Directors.
Is it a coincidence that Honey Sherman was also a Director of the “Collaboratory and the Shermans were murdered in the same year the “Collaboratory” was dissolved, in December, 2017? Were the Reitman’s attempting to exploit the Sherman’s company, Apotek, and use it to distribute their “bioweapon” to those the Reitmans were targeting? Why did the President of Apotek resign and why was Apotek removed as the provider of prescriptions for Seniors by Ontario Health immediately after the murders? The Shermans were new to the Reitman’s inner circle. Were they murdered because they discovered and objected to the private shady “bioweapons” program and needed to be silenced?

As I stated before, the original image (illegally deleted from my PC by a Reitman cybermercenary) had Joel Reitman’s image and Manny Gitterman’s images only, on the Collaboratory page, previous to 2021. So, Reitman was the driving force behind that corporation and Gitterman was involved at a high level from the beginning. Then Reitman’s image was removed and a “team” of research Doctors was listed with Gitterman identified as the Managing Director. Proof this was the case until 2021 and directly observed by me as late as 2023 (early this year) is below.
When I started writing this series and before I published, the Internet Archive history was completely revised to erase both Gitterman and Reitman, hiding their past and present roles as well as their connection to Bridgepoint and each other. A cheap tech trick was used to hide the old pages and replace them with the new existing pages thereby fabricating a false Internet Archive history. A rather desperate act by those who have something to hide I’d say. Otherwise, why go to such lengths? I suspect BOTH continue to be closely involved with this shady medical “research” program.

So, the shady medical “research” known as the “Collaboratory” does, in fact continue and Reitman is still involved. He continues to be on the BoD of Bridgepoint and of this corporation, Bridgepoint Health:

NOTE: I’m not claiming that all of the Doctors involved in the Collaboratory are aware of and participating in Reitman’s agenda. It’s possible they all know but it’s just as possible that most, including the Scientific Director, haven’t got a clue. Reitman could have one or two Doctors in the background or on staff, taking the legitimate research and exploiting it in negative ways to further this sick agenda.
Knowing what causes “complex medical conditions” allows psychopaths, sociopaths & corrupt Doctors to replicate those conditions in people they want to target and medically attack. There is a history of serial killers within the medical profession who exploited their positions to murder the innocent. While it’s not common, it isn’t new.
MY FATHER’S HISTORY
While I’m not a communist, I don’t hate communists or have a problem with communism. I was raised by a communist. As a result, my understanding of communism is more intuitive than intellectual. My father was both an intellectual and intuitive communist.
Unlike most of the intellectual communists that exist in the west and have never fought a revolutionary war, he was an actual Freedom Fighter.
He grew up in Canada and, while obtaining his degree in Mechanical Engineering in the US, was a member of the US Air Force ROTC during WW1. He worked for a few years in both the US and Canada but was unable to work as a Professional Engineer because South Asians were barred from most professions at that time.
He concluded that this situation would only change if India was free from British rule. So, decided to go to India to fight for India’s freedom from the British. He was known as the Red Pimpernel because of his ability to disappear, and swore not to get married or have children until India was free. He stuck by his promise, returning to Canada only after India’s Independence.
He studied Marxism-Leninism, attending the International Lenin School in the Soviet Union, and later became a leading member of the Communist Party of Punjab. His beliefs were established and tested in the fires of the struggle for Freedom.
Weak, cowardly little men, psychopaths and sociopaths like Starnes and his cohorts, including the Reitman’s, as well as the sell-outs and collaborators in my family, are a petty, malicious, greedy, power-hungry lot. Their eagerness to abuse and exploit the people for personal gain, pales in comparison to the strong empaths like my father who sacrificed everything for the benefit of the people.
I don’t have to agree with my father on everything to respect him. He was a deeply empathetic man.
CONCLUSION
In my direct personal experience with psychopaths, several traits stand out: extreme stupidity, maliciousness, a need to “win” (control), irrationalism and unprofessionalism. Don’t mistake their cleverness and skill at lying and manipulating people as intelligence. It isn’t. It’s founded in hate and fear. Nothing more.
Their private bioweapons “research”, in my opinion, is just another scam. They don’t appear to follow any serious methodology. They just exploit existing research in an ad hoc manner, and run around poisoning people who are in their way and hope it will work.
They hide behind others, especially women, so that they never have to be held accountable for their bad acts and crimes. When they do get caught with their pants down, they cry, play the victim, and demand sympathy. According to their narrative: They’re not criminals, just misunderstood and every crime committed was someone else’s fault, especially that of their victims who are “evil” and “deserved” being the victims of their crimes for reasons only they understand.
It’s the same old whiny story told by keystone kop caricatures of “super spies” and “corporate heroes” acting as “moral vigilantes” without having any understanding of morality and engaging in self-sabotage. Many of their attacks on me have ended with them sabotaging or exposing themselves as the outcome. The only thing that’s prevented their arrests have been compromised police forces led by corrupt Police Chiefs. It’s been like this from the start. In fact, Starnes and Reitman were stupider than the current generation which is also pretty stupid.

Even Organized Crime syndicates operate more professionally.
The CIA and the US Bioweapons program is already doing all of the serious work. Those programs are professional, making them extremely dangerous, and are not hidden under the sleazy lie of “helping people”.
The spy agencies don’t need to go to nutbars if they want to assassinate someone. They have trained professional assassins and access to all kinds of murder methods.
Generally speaking, they also don’t target soccer moms who aren’t activists, worked in Libraries/IT, are now retired, and who have been cleared multiple times by CSIS when false allegations have been made by crazies, simply because those crazies have nothing productive to do in their lives.
So, the only money to be made would be if other private individuals in their circles wanted to off someone and not get caught. In other words, contract murders on behalf of their social circle would be the only potential income source here.
These psychopathic/sociopathic scammers in Canada are your basic white-collar fraudsters and serial killers. They’ve figured out how to manipulate others as well as politicians and the state, through blackmail and bribery. They coerce it and them from within and into submission much like Epstein and his cult did.
The cruelty of their harassment campaigns is random, disorganized but malicious. They’re like a bull in a China Shop. In other words, they go to extreme lengths to do a lot of damage but in the end, they accomplish very little of substance. Those they can’t coerce or bribe, they get out of the way, one way or another. Whatever it takes.
If they “help” you, they own you and you owe them. Like most criminals, it’s a debt they’ll never consider repaid so you’ll never get out from under.
Our country is in the hands of these fascists and extremists hiding behind the mask of “liberalism” and they’ve been destroying it bit by bit to feed their insatiable greed and thirst for power, for years.

During the Apartheid era, the South African Bureau of State Security (BOSS) was taken in by a conman who offered to run a "research programme" to identify and create or obtain deadly assassination poisons for them. He did organise some impressively deadly demonstrations, but eventually a BOSS agent found out from a Veterinary Surgeon friend that all of the "poisons" were actually commercially-available pesticides or veterinary tranquilizers (such as Immobilon) which happened to be deadly to the human species. By which time the research programme had cost the equivalent of £4M in 1980s money, for less than £1,000 worth of actual poisons, non of which was actually "untraceable" as per the official requirement. (The conman also sold both improvised and completely fictional weapons to Saddam Hussein, probably for even bigger sums of money.)
I suspect that the "bioweapons" programme mentioned in this post was the same sort of thing, but prolonged over a much longer period and with the Canadian government having much deeper pockets than South Africa, almost certainly much more expensive. And in the meantime, those involved enjoyed state protection whilst living-out their own sadistic fantasies. The unique selling point, though, would have been the "testing" of the weapons on at least one live victim whose medical and family history was available. (It couldn't be an illegal immigrant or an anonymous vagrant who would have no medical records in Canada: the experiment subject had to be a Canadian subject.)
{If Immobilon has ever been used in a political assassination, then the former British Labour Leader John Smith QC MP would have been it. He died almost immediately after taking a drink from his own personal cut-glass whisky tumbler in his office in the Palace of Westminster after a debate. A tiny trace of Immobilon on the OUTSIDE rim of the glass would have been absorbed through his lips and not revealed in any tests done on the CONTENTS of the tumbler. (Antique Scottish cut glass is often highly collectible and these tumblers can be precious and personal objects to their owners.)
Not only did his death come four days after attendees at a party given by Tony Blair's campaign manager, Phillip Gould, where it was generally and warmly agreed that if John Smith died "now" Tony Blair would become party leader and then Prime Minister, whereas if John Smith died "next year" the situation would favour Gordon Brown becoming leader: John Smith's death was the start of succession of crooked leaders of both the Labour and the Conserative parties, broken only by the sixty days of Liz Truss, continuing to the present day. And during the sixty days of Liz Truss, all of the newspapers, all of the TV stations, most of the YouTube channels, most Members of Parliament and many, many spokesmen for a huge range of financial institutions, as well as the senior civil servants union "The First Division Association", EU embassies, the US Embassy and the Canadian High Commission, did nothing except SCREAM for her removal. It was almost as if integrity in British politics fell to the floor and died with John Smith QC MP and the coup against Liz truss was intended to make sure it stayed dead.}
